Edwin A. Tate, II practices in the Commercial Lending areas of Corporation Law, Commercial Real Estate, and General Civil Practice. He is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta. Edwin Tate graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a B.A., with outstanding academic performance, in 1977.

 

Mr. Edwin Tate earned his J.D. from Emory University in 1980, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Pi Sigma Alpha, and Phi Delta Phi. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1980.  

 

Edwin Tate served on the Roswell City Council from 1991 to 2000 and is active in many city and Fulton County organizations and commissions.
