Karsten Bicknese practices in the areas of Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Corporation Law, General Civil Practice, and Insurance Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association’s Litigation Section, and the Lawyer's Club of Atlanta.

 

Mr. Karsten Bicknese received his undergraduate education at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universitat in Munich, Germany and Duke University, where he graduated magna cum laude in 1980. He earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia in 1983, and was admitted to the Georgia Bar later that year. Karsten Bicknese is fluent in German.

 

He has tried multiple cases to verdict in Georgia Superior and State Courts, and the Federal District Courts. In addition, he has argued cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
